🍭 Spinning pinwheel mode

This entry was imported from a newsletter.

Dear Friends,

Last week I was at my chaplaincy retreat, where we spent 2 days together exploring renunciation, grieving, and death. The gravity of these topics was handled in the gentlest, kindest way by our teachers. The experience led to a new sense of clarity for me, though it’s one of those things where it all still feels very new, raw, and precious. I will share more when the reflection and processing of feelings catch up.

Dharma wheel? Nah, the Apple spinning pinwheel of emotional processing.

You also might not have heard from me as much lately, especially on social media platforms.

I’ve been focusing on work in the form of Kind Camp and Author Adventures, a new 1:1 offering for those who want to author a book in 8 weeks. Please email me if you would like to learn more.

The more salient reason is because I have another weeklong silent retreat coming up at the end of the month! I’ve learned from my past retreats that it’s better to gently hit the brakes on “sense stimulation” rather than slamming on them at full speed.

My intention is to honor my practice, so I may serve you in wiser ways.

Warm Wishes,

Christin
