Do I need an account?
No. The timer, history, guide, aspirations, widgets, CSV export, and feedback work without an account. Optional Sign in with Apple enables account features such as private cloud backup. Newsletter subscriptions are separate from Kuma.
Why can’t I install the beta yet?
Public TestFlight distribution is still being prepared. Apple must approve an external build before the invitation can provide an installable version. Check the Kuma project page for availability.
How do I export my practice?
In Settings, find Your practice, your data, then choose Export meditation history as CSV. Save the file somewhere you control. Heart-rate and step reports are not included.
Why didn’t a bell or reminder sound?
Check your device’s sound volume, silent mode, Focus, and Kuma’s bell and notification settings. If it happens again, send the timer mode, selected bells, iOS version, and whether the screen was locked. Notification and Live Activity delivery can depend on iOS settings and scheduling.
How do I manage Health access?
Health access is optional. Manage Kuma’s permissions in Apple Health or iOS Settings. Turning off Mindful Minutes export stops future exports but leaves existing Health records in place. Manage those records in Apple Health.
How do I delete my account or feedback?
Use Delete account in Kuma’s account settings. Apple accounts require confirmation with Apple. Cloud account deletion leaves local meditation history and existing Health records in place. Signing out does not delete your account.

Reporting a bug
Please include your device, iOS version, Kuma version, the steps that led to the problem, and what you expected. Screenshots are useful if they do not reveal information you want to keep private. TestFlight also lets you send beta feedback.
