This is a list of exercises I did when preparing for my half marathon in 2018. They were very helpful! Most if not all are from Coach Sage Canaday and Sandy on Youtube.
- Heel kick
- Do marching in place and with skipping
- Do lunges
- Focus on push off and kicking back
- Practice running bare foot (but not all the time)
- Practice doing speed runs for form
- Do long runs of conversational pace
- Keep elbows in
- Work on the core
